What is the Consumer Representative?

The Consumer Representative is an independent role appointed to support homeowners engaging with the Master Builders Fidelity Fund. They attend meetings of the Fidelity Fund Trustees and may act on behalf of consumers by requesting information, consulting with homeowners, and advising on how the scheme’s operations and processes affect homeowners (including ways to make interactions with the Fund clearer and more accessible).
